Returns and Refund Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you can simply return the item or
items to us. We will issue a full refund (excluding original delivery charge) on receipt. All products
must be unopened, in original packaging, in new condition and in selling condition, within 14 days from the date you
received your order.

Please make sure products don't come in contact with anything that could leave a mark or smell, for example: perfume, deodorant, tobacco, etc. We will not be in a position to accept any return including products which indicate that these instructions have not been followed.

The item or items must be returned to us by post enclosed with the returning items form stating
the purpose of return.We currently do not provide pre-paid postal returns, so when sending an
item(s) back it is your responsibility that it reaches as safely. We recommend that you send item(s)
back using a recorded delivery service that insures you the value of the goods. Please keep all proof
of postage safe until you receive your refund.

For international and European returns: We guarantee to refund any item purchased on our website that you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in a salable condition by post within 15 days. International purchases can
only be returned by post. You are required to return unwanted orders at your own cost.

Products purchased from retail stores cannot be returned to us, they have to be returned to the store they were purchased from. We cannot accept responsibility for any items that have not been purchased from this website.
In the case that you have requested a refund, the amount will appear on your bank account within 7
to 10 working days from the day we receive your return. We would like to inform you that any fees
charged by your bank in the process of refunding, will be covered by you. The amounts of these
fees vary depending on your bank's policies. We will only refund the same paypal account from which the
original payment was taken from. You will receive a confirmation email from us to confirm the
refund.
Place the return form along with the receipt inside your package. After we receive your return, it will
be processed within 24 hours, excluding weekends.
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange goods for a different type, if no longer in stock, we will issue a refund.
Faulty/Incorrect Items
Before every shipment the company undertakes high standard quality controls in order to ensure
that the products reaching the hands of the customers are in an excellent quality condition. In case
you notice a defect in the product, please complete in detail the Return Form, found in the
packaging, prior to returning the product to us. The offered options are the following:
1. Exchange*. We will do our best to exchange the defective product you returned (same
code,possibility for a different size or color).
2. Refund your credit card from which the payment was made, within 30 calendar days from the
receipt of the returned product.
